THE LEGAL MICROSYSTEM FOR THE PROTECTION OF PUBLIC THINGS UNDER THE INFLUX OF THE ORDERING EFFECT OF THE 1988 FEDERAL CONSTITUTION

This article aims to evidence that, since the Law as a science begins to implement itself, the legal norms are social-political-pedagogical tools that reflets the juridical values that supports the legal order. So, at the neoconstitucionalism, we all live under the influence of constitucional norms, that are the supreme juridical order and exprads moral values through all the other laws that composes the legal order. Therefore, we cannot deny that the Brazilian Constitution of 1988 plasces ethics as one of the values used in private and public relations. The current social situation in Brazil, wich envolves a lot of policial operations that aims to persecute public officials accused of corruption, brings back the discussion about if exists in Brazil a juridical system of protection of the public good.
