Since 45 years of the policy of reformation and opening, the legislative evolution
on lawyer’s profession in China can be divided in two steps of reestablishment and
of development. The recent reforms of the lawyers Law mark this profession’s
advancement with the times and in line with the requirements of establishing a
country under the rule of law.
