THE TECHNOLOGICAL TURN OF THE LABOR PROSECUTION SERVICE

This article analyzed the technological turn of the Labor Prosecution Service. This movement is found in law with deep reflexes in the institution. The research recognized that this is an ongoing process whose anticipation occurred due to the restrictions imposed by the pandemic of the Sars-cov-2 virus (new coronavirus) capable of reorganizing the way of action of the Labor Prosecution Service. To make the approach more tangible, there was an analysis of concrete cases verified in the Labor Prosecution Service, especially in the Office of Labor Prosecution in the Municipality of Colatina of the Office of Labor Circuit Prosecution of the 17th Region.
