STUDY ON HUMAN RIGHTS AND SEXUALITY

The article deals with human rights, understood as a set of ideals and mechanisms of protection of man from his relationship with the other. Thus, emphasizing its classifications, history and creation of specific mechanisms of protection, not forgetting to highlight the issue of human sexuality and its necessary preservation in dignity. A bibliographic investigation was carried out, using the deductive method and qualitative analysis. The study concludes by perpetuation of practices that hinder respect for human rights. Thus, continuous efforts are needed to allow the real protection and enforcement of the rights commented, in favor of a more just, egalitarian and solidary society.
