refers to the presence of crucifixes in the classrooms of the Italian public school. Therefore, in view of the spread of Islamism in Europe, and its possible repercussions, we will examine two judgments on the impact of the wearing of the Islamic veil on the school and university environment (Leyla Sahin v. Turkey and Dogru v. France). At the end, we will present the French experience regarding the application of the principle of secularity in public educational institutions, which guarantees the protection of non-proselytism in such institutions.
